Snowflake Is a Platform, Not Just a Data Warehouse
Most organizations use Snowflake for storage and queries. They're missing the platform capabilities that can replace half their tool stack.

Great technology. Smart people. And somehow, nothing changes. Usually because people aren't on the same page, priorities are unclear, and nobody's having the hard conversations. I dig into what's really going on and help people start moving in the same direction.
What I do
I run the conversations that uncover what others miss. Technical gaps, process issues, unstated assumptions. I help leaders think through hard decisions and figure out what's possible.
I turn one-off projects into lasting relationships. I speak both languages: fluent in Snowflake, Databricks, and Fabric, and just as comfortable in a boardroom.
Leadership transitions, stalled projects, people pulling in different directions. I keep things moving when the organization is in flux and help teams find a way forward.
